Processing Your Order
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Order processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Stock Availability: We strive to have all our products available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, due to high demand or inventory discrepancies, there may be delays. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer either a refund or a later shipping date.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of Rs.99 for all orders .
- International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination and the size of your order. These costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These options and their costs can be selected during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- Domestic Deliveries: Typically, orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times can vary based on location and shipping method chosen.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times for international orders vary greatly depending on the destination country’s customs, import regulations, and postal service. Generally, international shipments can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.
- Hazardous Materials: Due to regulations and safety guidelines, we cannot ship items deemed hazardous by local import laws internationally.
