- Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return and refund, the hair oil must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
- Opened Products: Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair oil products that have been opened or used.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will not be covered by Dheerka Nethra.
Process for Returns
